A real haven of peace for a healthy walk in the heart of nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The forest covers 47 hectares with a 1350 metre fitness trail and around forty workshops. You can run through the forest with your partner. Whether you run or walk, this course offers a real moment of disconnection from everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Horseback riding<\/strong>: in the wildest part of the forest, the riding schools of La Baule organise horseback rides.
