What time should I arrive and depart ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The keys to your accommodation are available from 4.30pm. The departure is before 10 am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is there a charge for WIFI ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wifi is free of charge at your Les Pirons camping club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can we invite people to the campsite ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each visitor must report to the reception desk and pay the entrance fee to the campsite. The visitor must leave the campsite before 9pm. Visitors are not allowed to use the aquatic area or take part in the activities reserved for campsite guests, and have no access to the kids’ and teenagers’ clubs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can we have barbecues?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following a prefectural decree, individual charcoal barbecues are prohibited. The campsite offers a collective barbecue area (remember to bring your grill or rent it at the campsite reception). You can also rent an electric griddle and a gaz griddle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How big are the barbecue grills in the collective area ?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A 40*53 cm grid is required. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, you can rent one at the campsite grocery store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do the rentals have a television ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rentals are equipped with televisions except in the bungalows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What style of swimming costume is allowed ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Permitted swimwear includes: briefs, boxer shorts, bikini (2-piece swimming costume) and one-piece swimming costume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are there any shops on the campsites ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your campsite has a bar, a restaurant, a grocery shop, a snack bar with take-away food, a sports hall, a games room and laundry services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can we pay in instalments ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can pay in installments. A few details: the reservation is accepted when the deposit has been paid (30% of the total amount). The balance of the stay must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival. If you book less than 4 weeks before your arrival, you must pay the full amount by credit card.
The reservation is final after receipt of the balance of your stay and the deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are the arrival and departure days ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For rentals: it is possible to arrive every day of the week during the periods except school holidays. In school periods (July and August), it is possible to arrive on Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are you VACAF approved ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your campsite Les Pirons is not VACAF approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What happens if you arrive late (e.g. because you can’t get to reception during opening hours)?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case of late arrival, please inform the campsite. Then our team will leave the keys and a description in a letterbox or in a safe. All the information on the door of the reception of your campsite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are pets allowed ?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pets are allowed at an additional cost, except for 1st and 2nd category dogs. They must be kept on a lead. The vaccination booklet is compulsory as well as the tattoo number. We remind you that it is forbidden to leave the animal alone in the accommodation or on the terrace. Maximum two animals per rental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are there any children’s clubs?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The campsite has a children’s club for 4 to 10 year olds. The children’s club is open during the school holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What payment methods can I use to make a reservation ?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can book your holiday with the following payment methods: credit card, cheque, holiday voucher, cash and holiday e-cheque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can a minor come unaccompanied to the campsite ?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minors (including emancipated minors) not accompanied by an ascending parent are not accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your campsite innovates and offers you a digital welcome booklet<\/a>. You will find all the information of the campsite as well as the programs of animations and many other things. Also, for you can download the shortcut on your home screen of your phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the Ecological Levy?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Campsite has had an ecological approach for many years and now wants to strengthen its actions. As part of our ecological responsibility, we are obliged to set up this ecological fee. This fee amounts to 0.69\u20ac per night and per person, allowing the campsite to set up actions in this sense with the participation of everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The implementation of this fee makes it possible, for example, to finance the reprocessing of waste in order to accentuate selective sorting, to increase the progressive mulching of flower beds and, for the years to come, the creation of various eco-responsible projects, such as the creation of a compost area and more economical water treatment. Provision of more ecological products for the maintenance teams (eco-responsible toilet paper, green cleaning products)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Details and non-exhaustive examples are given below of the actions taken by the campsite to preserve the environment and reduce energy consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
